URGENT!! Super Visa processing time in Singapore, applied from Bangladesh

Hi Guys,

I applied for my mom's super visa from Bangladesh and the file is processing in Singapore CIC office. I submitted my application on Dec 17th at VFS Dhaka and it reached to Singapore on Dec 20th. They asked for medical for my mom on Dec 24th and we did it on Dec 25th, since then there is no response from them.

Does anyone know what is the processing time in Singapore CIC office ?

Did anyone got super visa from Bangladesh ? if so, how long it took to process ?

I have one question from all members and that's my parents applied as visitor at 2012! But they denied; so now I am thinking to re-apply at super visa category! did the past refusal can effect the super visa?.....

What was the reasons for denial? You need to improve that situation.
