*URGENT* Study Permit Application Form 5709 Can't be uploaded due to wrong version.

I downloaded the 5709 application form from the cic website and filled out everything correctly but cannot upload it to the checklist. The error says "The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted"

Please help!
 
Hello I am getting same error
any body solve it
I download latest form from website but I get this error when I am trying to upload

The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.
  • Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted
 
Same issue here. I suggest everyone call CIC and submit a webform to report the issue. This is the only way CIC know it need to be fixed.

Hi there, I have seen your all posts regarding study permit form error while uploading. even I got same error but I opened cic.gc.ca on internet explorer and enter into account then downloaded new form,(IMM294)(06-2019)e. THEN YOU CAN UPLOAD BY USING SAME BROWSER . I HOPE YOU GUYS WILL SOLVE YOU ISSUE. THANK YOU
