I have a blood realtion in Ontario for canada. Can i ask for state sponsership program? How it works actually?
PNP is for this state or not?

No, it's not. Each province decides the kind of person it wants to nominate, usually based on education or occupation - that's PNP. Canada has very little family immigration. If your Canadian relative is your spouse, child, grandchild, or, in some cases, parent, they can sponsor you. If your Canadian relative is the blood brother or sister of your mother or father, you get points for that under the FSW program, but have to meet other criteria as well. Otherwise, Canadian relatives don't matter for purposes of CIC.
