Hey folks,

My wife is the primary applicant. But I just realized that I cannot make my current savings bank account as Joint account with my wife.

Is that okay if we submit the source of funds from my account (spouses account).

Even if I start transferring now the money to my wife's account. Do we need to give 6 month bank statement ?

Thanks

It's fine, include a NOC along with your bank letter/statements.

Thank you sir.

Should there be any specific information in NOC (No Objection Letter).

Any particular format or just a letter from me that I don't have any issues sharing my bank statement?

I will definitely put in my marriage certificate, Insurance copies (having both our names) etc as justification for our marriage.

just a normal declaration is fine that allow your wife to utilize the funds for immigration.

My wife is giving me a NOC as the funds are in her account
