I heard permanent resident is not eligible to apply for depend visa(temp visa).

We need more information. Where is she from?

Sponsorship can take far less than 17 months - it can also take more.

And yes - there is no dependent visa for spouses of PRs. Dependent visas are only for non-PRs (e.g. foreign workers, international students).

However there are other options. Again, need to know where she's from.

Re: URGENT-Something different case spouse sponsership

She can apply for a TRV (visitor visa). If she hasn't traveled before and is married to you, there's certainly a very good chance the TRV will be refused. But there is nothing stopping you from trying - some people get lucky.

If she is approved, she can come to Canada and you will have the option of applying either inland or outland. If you apply inland, you can include an open work permit application.

If she is refused, you will have to apply outland from Canada while she remain in India. Note that as a PR, you must be living in Canada in order to sponsor her and you must continue living in Canada while the application is being processed. Short trips (e.g. 2-3 weeks) outside of Canada are fine. Anything longer and you risk having the application refused.

Re: URGENT-Something different case spouse sponsership

Okk so far information I have here what I am planning to do. Plz correct me and do advice in following.
First of all I apply for her VISITOR visa before marriage.
than after when I go for marriage, I bring her with me as she already have TRV.
next I apply for her Permanant resident INLAND WITH WORK PERMIT APPLICATION.
Conclusion: she is now in Canada on work permit while P.R file is in process.

Comment and suggestion please.
Thank you :)

That plan is fine. Understand there is no guarantee the TRV will be approved. When she applies, she should provide as much evidence as she can of her ties to her home country.

Re: URGENT-Something different case spouse sponsership

Okk soo if we talk about trv, how should I proceed?
1) I mean is it good idea like if she mention that her birthday is coming and her fiance is in Canada so I need to celebrate with him.
And
2) To show proof of she will definitely go back to India, can we show our wedding invitation card? Like we have to go back as marriage is after 2 months .

Apart from this what else kind of proof according to you works fine to get TRV?
Thankss
