Hi Everybody, please can you write answer it is urgent situation.My husband is in Canada,he is refugee claimant in Canada,if he withdraw his application back and travel back our country,Can I take him back again to canada with my express entry?

Unless he has a criminality issue, then yes, you can take him back to Canada under express entry. Be sure that he withdraws his refugee application and that he contacts CBSA when he is ready to leave the country and gets his passport returned and also has his departure order stamped. You can then add him as a dependent on your PR application.
