I have such a hard time right now, let me tell you how complicated. ::) ::) ::)

1. I stay in canada 3 years already
2. I got LMO, VISA and Working permit under employer's company name valid until Sept 2014
3. I hand in my PNP Aplication around the end of Oct 2013.
4. Bad News!! Suddenly My work place was totally closed down in the middle of Nov 2013.
** Now!! I feel definitely free like never before huhuhu??!!

Question?? ???
1. In this case can I work in another place with this work permit because I did not break any contract (not my false though)
** I know that in fact I still have to find another company to sponsor, get a new LMO and new work permit
but I just still wonder If they have other option ( until by the time I looking for a job, I might get it before my visa expired)
it will take forever to do a new one and this process from start until it done take almost 6 month.
Do I have to stay home for 6 month??. If I have to wait that long I will broke and be a homeless before I can work again.

2. Is there possible to still use sin number for other pay stuff (if Question above say YES)

3. Are there going to have any effect with my PNP that I just hand in, cause my situation is not stable.
I am afraid that am I gonna lost this opportunities!! (don't wanna see cancellation letter)

4. What am I gonna do?? huhuhu :o :o :o

** anyone who ever got situation like me, please guide me and give me more information you know about this thing,
also how to go through this?,what is the best way to do now? ETC

PS. Good news!! I might get a new boss soon (If we can negotiate) ;) ;) ;)

Your work permit is a closed work permit - so no, you can't work for anyone else. It doesn't matter whose fault it is. Your work permit only allows you to work for the employer who obtained the LMO. It is illegal to work for anyone else. If you want to work for someone else, then you'll have to go through the LMO process again from the beginning and then obtain a new work permit. Once your new work permit has been approved, you can start working for your new employer.

I would start looking for a new employer as soon as you can.

Scylla is right. If you are on a work permit that names your employer and location, that is a closed permit and you can only work for this employer with this permit.

Find a new employer as fast as you can. They will have to get an LMO and you will have to get a new permit.

When you are applying under PNP, if you applied with employer support and then lose your job, you could lose your application. If you are working in a skilled position, you could still apply under CEC if you have worked for more than a year full time.

What if employer fires without notice within 3 months of hiring. Then if I get another job will the PNP Office issue a new letter of support on behalf of new employer? What if the new job is not of the same Skill Level? My PR application is already under Process under PNP. What are my options. Can I request PNP Office to not rescind my PNP Support?

As per my best knowledge, I think if you get a new letter from new Employer than your situation will be better than now and you can make your file stronger than now.
In addition, let's assume, in worst case, if any problems arise because of your old company shuts off, you have option to use new Employee's letter to support your application.
