Urgent - Seniors ! Sending RPRF fee with medicals - is the fee refundable ?

Dear All

I have done my medicals and am also sending the immigrant summary form along with RPRF to receiver general of canada.

Now my question is, Allah Forbid, in case of any issues if immigration decides not to grant us the PR visa, will this fee be refundable or not ?

Do i have any other choice in this matter ?

Regarding processing /application fee i know that is not refundable in case of rejection.

How about now, regarding the RPRF fee ?

On a Timeline plz help
