I got admit in Uni of western ontario.I want to pay tuition fee for fall 2016 for my visa application. But uni will publish fee one week before registration .should I pay according to fall 2015 term? will uni provide me with fee reciept? alumni of Uwo plz help.

No above average university accept tuition fees in advance and you can't pay forcefully. CHC is fully aware of that.
