URGENT Sending PPR Documents, no myCIC upload option

As the title says, I don't have any option to upload the documents. But, I've already raised a case specific enquiry along with the documents there, but that was a week ago and I haven't heard any confirmation. So I emailed the London VO with the documents.

I've heard that the London VO will just say to mail the documents, but I've already sent the photos away, would I be able to send them in a different package?

Login to gckey, click on view submitted documents/upload documents and u should see an option to option all documents.
