"Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent"

I understand this statement to mean that if you are OVER 28 years old, you simply provide info regarding the past 10 years only.I am currently 38 years old, so i will provide my personal history for the past 10 years from the age of 28(10 YEARS FROM LODGING APPLICATION).Seems pretty clear but just wanted confirmation as some other posters say differently.

I Just Have one question in the same form. Question 2 "Your Full Name written in your native language". What Should i mention here?? By The way I am from India and my native language is Hindi.

Any suggestions?
