Schedule 1 Background declaration - Other Name- Question 3 asks to fill the following
previous married name
aliases
birth name
nick names
community names etc..
My name on earlier passport was as follows
surname - empty
given name- raman kumar
My name on new passport is as follows
surname - kumar
given name- raman
What so i write for question 3??? do i need to write "kumar" as the question asks for any community names
or should i write "raman kumar" as the question asks for any aliases..or should i put "N/A"
pls respond .. got to send the application by tuesday
