I am submitting PR application. I landed on Apr 2022 on closed permit as lead consultant. My employer gave me promotion on Feb 2023 and effective date of promotion was "July 2022"(backdated promotion) .
1. Should I create two entries in work history for this employer?
2.What should be the start date of second role? Effective date of promotion??
3. Do I need two letters or one letter with two sections as roles and responsibilities are same.
4. There is one more issue. Due to technical glitch my designation is incorrectly updated in promotion letter and system. I am trying to get this updated but it will take time. Can i explain this to IRCC by attaching email from manager.
Please suggest I have 15 days left to submit this. Any input is much appreciated.
