Hello everyone, can anyone give me advice and tell me what to do next?

In my situation, I am waiting for my PR through common-law partner sponsorship, but I need to go to school this September. I submitted my study permit application on July 18th, but I haven't received any new messages. Does anyone have an idea about how long can I get the BIL(Biometric Instruction Letter)? Can I give my biometric first without a BIL? and How long will it take to get the final result after giving my biometrics? As my program starts on the 3rd of September, I am so worried about I couldn't get my study permit on time.

Can I do anything to faster my application processing time?

I apply from Canada and my nationality is Taiwan.

Thank you for your advice and guidance!

my timeline:

Check the processing rime website for time, also you cant give biometrics in Canada at this time so if you need to do that you are going to have an issue to deal with & time before biometrics doesnt count. Nothing else to do but wait.

Thank you so much for your reply, I've checked the processing time which is 5 weeks, but not sure how long does it take to process the biometric things.
