Urgent -Relative in Canada- Birth certificate problem

Please rupeshhari or some senior members help me, I have my younger Brother in Canada but because of the recent Central govt Directive in India which has prevented municipalities from including the childs name in Birth Certificates, where the same has not been applied for within fifteen years of the childs birth, my Brothers Birth cert. has name as " Not Stated ".
Please let me know whether the same will be acceptable to CIC New Delhi, as parents name appears the same as in my Birth Certificate.

i dont know, perhaps someone from your country could answer. Is it not possible to also send school report card?

Thanks for your prompt response Rupeshhari, I have my brothers passport copy showing parents name as same as well as my Brothers Marriage certificate showing the same parents name, will that be enough to prove my relationship or is Birth certificate the only sacrosanct.

i don't know but any extra proof can only be good.

Can anybody has experience with this problem?I am not sure if CIC accepts passport as proof.
