Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
hi

One of my friends has a situation and need your guidelines (if any).

Last year she got admitted to a Canadian University for her masters and then denied Study Permit by CIC. This year she has been admitted to another graduate program (frsh admission) and now want to apply for her study permit again. This time she is having a new passport, new sponsor, new present job and even a Graduate Assistanceship as well.

Now the thing is, while applying for Study Permit this time, will it be wise to put the previous UCI number or leave it blank??? :-X

The UCI is for life... She should supply it where requested.

Yes that is for sure, but if she apply without the UCI, will she get another new UCI number? The thing is, as she has been refused last time so she doesn't want to supply that UCI anymore and want to apply fresh. Is that possible?

They will be able to check their files and find her existing UCI.

Becuase she does not want to report last year refusal? She has to show it in the visa application form anyway. And if she does not she may get a ban for 2 to 10 years becasue of misrepresentation.

Thanks to all of you. I also think, it would be wise to supply the UCI number. :)
