Hard to comment when you haven't told us what program you were planning on taking in Canada.

If you want people here to help, you need to post a lot more information about your profile.

1. You know it very well that a certified educational loan is a must for all applicants in India. If you want another refusal, go ahead without it.
2. Strong SOP? Even if you make it bullet-proof, it won't help (India). Ask yourself, why GIC is mandatory in India? That's because of increasing frauds in loan process with banks, and now you think CHC will trust your SOP. It's useless when you are applying from India.
