I have multiple entry visa-V1-Visitor visa, in my passport

And after I got my PR, but didn’t get my physical card( it is lost, or something, it is taking forever for them to figure out)

I went to see my family over seas.

Question can I return to Canada with my visa, or ECORP?

Question can I return to Canada with my visa?

Generally speaking, TRVs are canceled once you land and become a PR. The most likely outcome is that you will be refused boarding by the airline since your TRV will show as not valid.

Most likely you either need to apply for a PRTD to return to Canada or alternatively fly to the US and then re-enter Canada through the US/Canada land border using a private vehicle.
