Urgent question regarding doing medical test from country different than home country

Please I have an urgent question and need your help answering it.

I have submitted my study permit non-sds online application on July-3 from Qatar. In the same application I applied for spouse open work permit for my wife and visitor Visa for my two kids.
My family is in Egypt right now (our home country) and my wife already submitted her biometric in Visa office in Egypt.

Now, we all waiting for medical test and passport request (in case of approval) to be scheduled. However, I want to book air ticket for my family to come to Qatar (our residents country) where we all have a valid residency in Qatar. So my question is it possible to do continue Visa processing steps from Qatar for my wife and my kids? Or they must complete these steps from Egypt, the country that I mentioned in the Visa application in the field "apply from which country"

Note, in Visa application forms I added Qatar as our resident country for all of us.

Medical tests can be done from any approved clinic/doctor anywhere.

And what about passport submission in case things went well with the application and got approved.

Is it possible to submit their passport along with mine from Qat
