urgent question on BOWP

Yesterday I was filling IMM5710 and confused in Q3 where it says intended location in Canada , I am PNP Nominee
Should i put only my province there? i opened the thread in PNP area , hope CEC people ll know the correct answer
only one user advised me yesterday to put province but when i put province City and Address comes up in Red Line and i cant validate it ..
It seemed difficult question to answer

From Operational Bulletin 485-A:

PNP

When issuing a bridging open WP to an applicant for permanent residence under the PNP, the Employment Location on the WP must be restricted to the nominating province. Therefore, the Province of Destination must be selected and then the City of Destination value should be selected to show the province/territory NES. For example:

Province of Destination: AB
City of Destination: Alberta NES

I think if you specify province different than province in your PNP, you might be rejected.

If you applied through PNP then no. You need to wait until you have landed and become a PR before you change jobs.

there is a possobility of getting laid off..so it is difficult a little bit for me ..
i am kinda stressed out

Those instructions about "NES" apply to the visa officer, not the applicant, I think.

You really should put the province and city you intend to live in, or are living in now.

If i put Province and city when validating then Address comes up in Red Line which i cant validate ..

I validated without putting province name nor city and address

one of my coworker, changed his job he had PNP..He got laid off and then he found other job.. I just need to ask him if he led Immigration Officer know about it or not

BOWP means that you are allowed to work for any employer (except those which are explicitly listed in limitation section of your WP). So changing your employer inside the province would not revoke your BOWP. But the question "if changing the employer may affect your PNP application" is for other forum.

I already received Meds and completed it couple days ago .. next step ll be Meds "received" and then "in process" and then "decision made" .. I heard untill decision made not to change job . Dont know exacly how long i have to wait for "decision made" 4-5 month ..

Apparently no one did it before..so I leave it as it is Q3 blank no province, city address..

VO will see what the matter is and will give you the right document.
