good time of the day everyone!

I have urgent question - please please help.

I was requested additional documents ( not for principal applicant - for the spouse) 3 weeks ago.
I uploaded it on my CIC account application week ago.
But I forgot to put on top of the documents number of my application and UCI - as they asked in the letter

"any documentation of correspondence you send should include your UCI and application number as stated on top the this letter'

I forgot to put it as actually I was asked to provide Schedule A for the spouse- no space to add UCI and application number.
Is this obligatory to put as I actually uploaded it to my profile??? and it has my UCI and application number

if its obligatory - what to do now? to use Case Specific Enquiry??

thank you very much!

You had sent it through your GCkey account, so that numbers are automatically accessible.
You can send that documents to your VO through email, and through Case Specific Inquiry to VO and CIC.

Thanks for reply!
so, as it is automatically accessible there is no need to send it once more through email or case specific Inquiry?
VO - is the officer who is viewing my application?

After application and UCI number , they transfer the application to related country visa office. There is further work there. From which country are you?

I am inland applicator - in Canada.
do you think as I didn't mention it in documents but upload it through my account there these numbers are stated - it can be a problem?

Okay.
In your case, visa office is Ottawa. They transfer the application there.
