Urgent Question about NB Fees please

I am preparing the documents to apply to
New Brunswick
do you I have to pay the 250 and submit the receipt with my paper-based application or they will notify me when to pay?

You include the original monetary instrument together with your application.

I believe NBPNP accepts bank drafts or money orders in CAD, like OINP.

NB nomination is still paper based so they will need you to pay up the fees first and attach the receipt along with your documents. They now accept credit card payments which is more convenient than money order etc.
