Urgent - Question about my PR

I received email from Canadian embassy Tokyo which mentions i need to submit my passport and the following

-Update circumstances of sponsor; evidence of ability to support you

Will my wife's (Sponsor) bank statement be good enough ?

Appreciate if someone can help, as i am thinking to go to embassy in few hrs time.

Bring in the bank statement. If you could get her to email you a letter from her boss or her recent pay slips showing she has a job and the pay, that would be good too. Any proof she has a house or apartment for you two to live in would help as well.

She is currently living in Vancouver and not working but have enough money in her bank account for use to survive for 1 year. So guess just bank statement is good enough.
