Urgent query..process time for open work permit...

Hi,
My name is Sapna... i have an urgent query.... My husband works in canada on an open work permit ... I have already applied for an open work permit dependant on my husband in November 2012... bt unfortunately so far I havnt received any update for my visa.
I have applied from India in Delhi.... I was tld that the process takes around one month time bt in my case i have surpassed two months n still no update... i have mailed them too but stil no reply....
My problem is have been staying in UAE since last 20years and nw my UAE visa getting over in Feb. I need to get back there before visa gets over...
Can anyone guide me how can i get my process done in urgency.

Unfortunately, it takes nearly everyone well over the one month they claim Some people have been waiting over 3 months. But in about 2 months, people usually get the medical request these days. I am not sure anything can be done to quicken the process. They don't respond to emails and don't take phone calls.
Many of us have been waiting for several weeks/months

Hi... thanks for your reply... actually i wouldnt mind waiting if there wasnt any problem wid my UAE Visa.... bt since its less dan a month for UAE Visa to expire that y im very tensed.... i need to get back before visa expires... really tensed because of this....
