Urgent Processing Requirement For PRC.

Hi Guys:

These are the basis of consideration of PRC replacement card application as urgent by IRRC:

• a job opportunity
• your own serious illness
• the death of a family member
• work related to your current job
• the serious illness of a family member

1. On the last basis, which is the family member being referred here? My parents, my sisters & brothers, the kids of my sisters & brother and who else?

2. And as a proof for the urgency for this basis IRRC require "A Doctor's Note". It could be just a note from the private practitioner doctor or it should be a doctor from the Government hospital or from the doctor of the official hospital of any government's agency or department?

3. That's it, a note from the Doctor or it has to be certified or attested by Department Of Foreigner affairs or from the concerned embassy in Canada?
