Sticky one...

I'm working in Healthcare peripherally, and it involves frequent border crossings. I'm from an ESTA eligible country, but need a I-94W every 3 months and it's time consuming and difficult to do. Can I ask for urgent processing for this reason?

I'm probably looking at no, but it can't hurt asking.

For clarification I'm a helicopter EMS pilot and we're transporting Covid Patients to US Hospitals as the hospitals are full where I live...

Usually, a valid reason for urgent processing is if it benefits Canada's interests (e.g. federal jobs, etc.); but these are extraordinary times.... You're right, it won't hurt to ask in your case, worth a shot. The very worst that can happen is that they process your application with regular processing times.

Submit ample documentation and a brief but thorough explanation why you'd need urgent processing. Good luck.

Absolutely no harm trying.
