URGENT PROCESS PR

Hello everyone

I've been a Resident of of Canada for the past 12 years. On 2016 I applied for my citizenship, took the citizenship test, passed but haven't heard from immigration since

My wife is pregnant in Colombia and I would like to know if having a baby is strong enough reason to apply for a urgent process of my PR.
I already applied for the renewal of my PR but it's been 32 days and I still have not received my PR card. Any thoughts about that? I appreciate all the help you experienced people can give me.

Unfortunately, those aren’t grounds under which IRCC will process a pr card urgently. You can try, but it’s unlikely.

You can go to Colombia but you’d need to get a PRTD to return.

Yeah but I won't risk it, getting the traveling document can take a long time. Thx
