Hi Guyz

My Wife is 7+ month pregnant and I submitted her passport on 19th of April, 2013 and we were expecting to release passport in 45 day, but it didnt happen.
Could you please let me know what exactly we shd follow. I am in Canada and she is in India and hope you guyz understand the distance b/w each other in this situation.
Please reply the next step ASAP.

If you're a PR, then you need to add your child to the application. I suppose you have informed ND that your wife is pregnant?
If you haven't, start by that.
Once the baby is born, add the baby as a dependent to be sponsored at the same time as the mother. the PR should be issued at the same time. it might delay a little the issuance of the PR, but it's best to have both at the same time.

If you're a citizen, then your baby is Canadian. Apply for the certificate of citizenship once the baby is born, and then for a temporary passport so that the baby and the mother can travel to Canada together.

Good luck, and congrats on the pregnancy,
Sweden

NDVO asks for passports very early in the process. We have applicants from January that got PPR in Feb/March and are still waiting to go "In Process." You should plan for her to give birth in India.

We submitted the passport on 19th April,2013 and till now our CAS shows application in process (APPLICATION RECEIVED AND MEDICAL RESULTS RECEIVED)

We like to mail embassy through our representative and request about the kind consideration for decision make and releasing the passport.
We want the suggestion of people to help us to do so, it is the only way, my wife can accompanying me during her delivery on 8th of August,2013.

Unfortunately your wife's pregnancy won't expedite the processing of her application - the visa office won't give her priority just because she's pregnant. All you can really do is wait and hope her application is processed quickly.

all what you can do is to wait and have your wife deliver in India as NDVO asks for passport very early.. and then add your baby in the application .
