A friend of mine had been through some unlucky situations, he uploaded his profile to Express Entry and been nominated by Nova Scotia. He was invited to submit all the documents for PR, unfortunately while he was uploading his documents, he forgot to upload his passport (technical issue), he didn't find out until he received a letter of cancel PR due to incomplete file. He doesn't mean to provide lacking documents and he still has 30 days before Nova Scotia nomination expired. Should he create a new profile on his account or create a brand new account and start over again.
Please help if you guy have any suggestion.
