Urgent: PR refused

hi!! we're on the same boat, got in the mail a refusal letter that i quote " I am not satisfied that you have a minimum of one-year of continuous full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid work experience in the occupation in the last ten years." No more, no less----and did not give any specifics. I still cannot comprehend of the refusal because the employment letters i sumbmitted contained all that is required in the checklist including business card of my previous employers and contact information. I have just finished making my reconsideration letter and ready to send it in. hoping all will be well with us. keep the faith.
