Updation of Canadian address in online tool of PR card

Hi. We are landing in Canada on 15th Aug and need advice on the following:

1) Can we update the address on online tool for PR card mail as we know where we are going to stay.
2) Do we have to fill forms for PR card on first landing or it will be mailed to us at Canadian address at no cost.
3) In case our stay is for 30 days then any requirement for receiving PR cards on fast track basis within our stay of 30 days.

Appreciate advices from all experienced members.

Now PR card processing time is around 3 months. Call CIC to update the address. No need to fill up any application, first PR card will come automatically to your canada address.

You don't do anything, unless information is incorrect or they request additional information. CIC estimates around 3 weeks for processing of urgent applications; mine got processed in ~2. My timeline was the following:

"Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on May 6, 2015.

2. We started processing your application on May 8, 2015.

3. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on May 14, 2015. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.

4. Your permanent resident card was sent by mail on May 19, 2015."
