From one of the post stated:

-------------
16. In one of the “curious case of Benjamin Zip” a person reported the rejection due to distance learning degree. Person sitting in Italy did distance learning from USA. The degree received is from USA but the person never visited US. Inability to provide PCC from USA will lead to rejection.
-------------

I obtained my bachelor degree from UK, but physically studies in Malaysia, do I need to request a certificate of clearance from UK? But I dont have any history of living there.

Thanks a lot!

If you have not travelled and stayed in UK for 6 months or more, then you don't need PCC from UK.
You must mention this point clearly in your letter of explanation and highlight it, so that IRCC understands clearly that you don't need PCC from UK since you never went there.

Thanks a lot! Just wondering why the Benjamin's case didn't (or can't) do that!
