Hello ,
I had 91 transactions in my account from 1sept 2016 to 22nd march 2017.
The account which i am maintaining has 12900 CAD now and the required for individual is 12300.

Scenario: I am going to show the account of ICICI bank where i am maintaing the funds.I have got the bank balance letter and 6 month sstatement from bank. So all formalities are done. I also have salary account with HDFC but i do not want to involve hdfc bank statement as it might lead more confusions.

Time line:
ITA received : 8 feb 2017 (ONLY MENTIONING THE BIG TRANSACATIONS. DONT KNOW IF CIC CONSIDERS THIS AS BIG)
TRANSACTION 1: 20th jan 2017: transferred my salary 586 CAD from HDFC bank to ICICI.
TRANSACTION 2: 16th feb 2017: transferred my salary 598 CAD from HDFC bank to ICICI.
TRANSACTION 3: 27th feb 2017: Dad transferred his dues 786 CAD

Before ITA i had my balance as 11515 CAD and after ITA the only big transaction which happened was 786 CAD AND 97 CAD. 97 cad i can prove that for dad i withdraw some money for his shopping.

My only query here is that
1....For TRANSACTION 1 and 2(PRE ITA) : whether the salary which i transferred from my HDFC account to icici before getting ITA, of 586 and 598 CAD will it be questioned as big amount ? If yes do i need to attach hdfc bank statement just for that 2 transactions ?
Also in bank statement of ICICI it appears (NEFT--4256896547 MyFirstname MyMiddlename MyLastname) so it does not mention HDFC name.
Solution :

2.....FOR TRANSACTION 3(POST ITA): I can prove this transaction saying i had purchased some AC unit for 480 CADin 23RD september mentioned in bank statement and dad just paid double the fee of it and some more online shopping which i did for him in the 6 months ?
Will this make sense to explain this amount in such way as for AC unit he paid after 5 months? I mean if CIC considers this a big amount.
Solution: :'(

If they want to know i can prove it by attaching HDFC statement but it will lead to lot of paper work and anyway i am pasting a excel sheet of all 91 transaction with my explanations as comments of what all happened since there are lot of fluctuations frmo 10500 cad to 12900 cad

3...The avg min balance maintained in my account is 11274.80 CAD for last 6 months.

4...The only big amount post ita is phase is when dad transferring me his payment of AC which was due from september. So is this okay? or do i need a gift deed for this ? he has transferred electronically so it is in the statement. :'(

You are thinking too much and unnecessarily stressed about the no. of transactions.

What matters for IRCC is that you have the Minimum required POF in your bank account when you obtain the POF documents.
Since your figures are a little fluctuating below the minimum required amount of 12,300, I would advise you to add your HDFC account statement as well which will prove that you have more than enough money (more than 12,300).

Don't bother about the no. of transactions.
You must add a gift deed signed by your father for the money that he has gifted to you.

You can add a LOE and mention the important transactions in your bank accounts.

Thank you very much for the answer. I have 12900 post ITA. Is there any other chance ? I mean to reduce additional paper work.

Since i am adding the excel file can i just mention that the funds were transferred to me against this september transaction instead of a gift deed ?

12900 is fine enough.

Gift deed is essential since it will show that all this money is yours and you need not return it to your father.
In addition to this you can explain about this transaction in LOE to make it clear to the officer.
