Hi all, i've sent my pr application a week ago and then i discovered that there is another document(my marriage certificate) that has to be sent also along with my application, my question is can i send it now with an attached letter having all my information to be added to previously sent application?

It's too early to add an extra piece of documentation. Your application needs to be either rejected as "incomplete" or accepted by IRCC on the system. Until you have an application reference number, the extra information you provide will have nothing to link to.
