My CRS score is 436. I've been living in the UK since 2008. But recently my visa has been refused. Nowadays in most cases there is no appeal rights. So I have made a fresh immigration application. I want to open up an EE profile. Hopefully if I get ITA I would like to apply. I have seen a canadian lawyer based in London. He assured me I can do it from here as it is an immigrant visa.
My question is : as I don't have a valid visa in the UK at the moment can I aply from the UK?
Do I have to go backhome to apply which will be a very tough decision. I have spent a lot of money for my application. If I withdraw it I lose all the money. Moreover, I loose the chance of getting a decision.
So what can I do in this situation? I really want to migrate to Canada. But I don't want to leave UK before I get permanent residence in canada. Plz advice
