URGENT PLZ HELP: PGWP/PNP question

Hi guys.. I am about to finish my last semester of a Masters program from Ontario and going to apply for PGWP as well as Ontario Masters PNP program for getting PR.. and have some queries regarding that...

1) PGWP: After finishing my course in April end, I wanted to go back to my home country for 2 months (as my study permit is valid upto September) but some people told me to first apply for PGWP and only once I get it I should leave the country for holidays, otherwise I might have a problem entering Canada back if the IO at airport come to know that I've finished my studies already.. is that right? So based on that, I will be applying and getting PGWP and only then leave Canada for holidays for 2-3 months. There would be no problem then, right?

2) Masters PNP/PR: Next is Masters PNP, now I could apply for that as well after finishing studies but their website says it could take upto 90 days to get nomination certificate, so I was thinking I can apply for PNP after returning from holidays. Would that be okay?

SIN number: Does anyone know when should I apply for something called SIN number?? And how long does it take to get it?

Easy solution!!

Apply your open work permit, you will get reciept in your cic account and go to your country. Write pgwp processing time is 62 days, so it will take 1.5 months to get pgwp. If your work permit will not come when you back to Canada, then no one can say you anything as you can show your reciept that you have already applied and waiting for that.

Thanks bro, are you 100% sure I can leave the country after only applying for the PGWP? What happens if my PGWP gets approved and mailed to me at my Canadian address while I'm out of country OR if they try to contact me for more information needed for my application while I'm out of the country? Once I leave, I wouldn't be returning for 3ish months, so chances are my PGWP application will go through by that time.
