Greetings,

My husband is an international student.When he did the application for study permit i could not travel with him because I had to finish my Master Program.I do not know if i can start an application now that he is in Canada.In my country i own a business and i have enough money in my bank account and i really want to get back here after my husband's graduation.We are not used to stay away from each other and i really can not stay away from him for 3 years.Please advise me i really need your help.

u can apply for open work permit and temporary resident visa now. U dont have to apply together, how ever in general open work permit are a little difficult not too much, but if ur docs are in order u have nothing to fear.
