I had opted for premium lounge for biometrics but my receipt has prefix mr which is wrong so would some suggest me if does it matter which passport stamping
In my opinion, no. They do fill all the details based on your passport. What's on appointment letter or receipt does not matter.
They might have pasted a sticker behind your passport. You could check that.
