URGENT - Please help - What is the procedure to change colleges/univs?

I got admission in POST-SECONDARY diploma >>>>I arrived in Canada and in few days I got offer letter for MASTERS!

Now, my study permit says --- any approved post secondary institution.


I am able to change from COLLEGE to UNIVERSITY, right??

What is the procedure for doing the same?


Pls help its urgent...
