URGENT! Please help? Need instructions for PPR to Ottawa-Pilot?? They need ASAP

Hi All:

Can anyone please give us a hand, with a rush passport-request info for the Ottawa Pilot Case-Processing Center?

We've heard from Ottawa via email this week that there was some sort of mixup, and that we were supposed to have received a PPR months ago, back in February.

Yesterday they said they have given our son a "medical extension" and now they just need his passport. Today they say -- and I'm confused because the wording of their emails is so cryptic -- that they need the passport IMMEDIATELY, because the "medical extension" is for "only a few days."

But: To what address?? Does any form/paperwork go with it?? Do they need a return-addressed envelope??

Since we never got any proper PPR request, only these cryptic emails, we don't know the details of how to send them the passport.

PS: We were informed in September that our file had originally been sent to L.A., and then never heard anything further. We've NEVER had any letters from Ottawa, so we have never had any addresses or Ottawa-specific instructions.

Assuming you are visa exempt(from the VO you have) you need to send a copy of the passport, not the original. I believe you need to also include the emails requesting the information. I am unsure of the exact address but if you search it on here you should find it. I will poke around and see if I can find it and post it for you.
