today, i got the mail from cic
the documents signature and my ex husband passport signature is different.

cic need explanation or new documents signature from my ex, and ex's status in canada.
i do not think my ex do it again for me and my son.
i have whole custodian fro my son.
why they need this to me.

what can i do appeal and explanation for it?
i have no way to connect to my ex husband now. he changed his phone number. just one thing i know is his lawer is in Chilliwak in BC. because i got imm5604 declamation from there.

I should summit before 60 days.

This is a complex matter. You should hire a good immigration lawyer to assist you asap. You definitely need to respond to IRCC's concerns about the signatures being different.

I would also reach out to your ex husband's lawyer as soon as possible to request a new copy of the declaration form, explaining why a new one is needed. Make sure you do this via email - not phone,
