Urgent Please Help Friends Spouse visitors visa (PR under CEC is in process)

Dear Friends,

I applied for PR under CEC (accompanying my spouse).

1.can i apply for a visitor’s visa for my wife?
2. is it legal to apply?
3. if she gets rejected will this create a impact on PR process.

Please help me.

Legal, but you have to prove she would return to her home country which is more difficult considering you live in Canada.

How can i prove them? she is working back home.

She has to show that she has a job, studying, an apartment etc. Prove that her center of life is in her country of residence, that she has something to return to.
