Dear All,

My application was submitted to Pre- 26 June 2010 for permanent residence – Federal Skilled Worker .

Now my application is ready to go to for London Visa Office because I have received the Case/File number in email from CIO for further process.

I have few questions here, I will really appreciate your valuable answers

1. I read a thread that I need to submit the copy of application forms which I had previously sent to CIO. Unfortunately I had printed the second copy of those forms but me and my wife had not signed on those forms, My question is do I must need to include the copy of those initial forms, if yes then what dates of signature we should mention now , if we sign those now because we don’t remember those dates. Can this make any problem?

2. Which Check List I should attach for London Visa Office, I have read one E37023.pdf (http ://www .cic .gc.ca /english/pdf/kits/guides/E37023.pdf ) , which is a kind of guide, so ( do I need to include the complete guide along with the check list) or only the check list pages, or is there any other check list there(any online link to it).

3. How about the Notarized copies of documents, will it be ok , if I send the original degrees along with original transcripts? As well as original Service Contract of employment?(any problem in not sending the notarized copies of employment contract)

4. I have Four different reference letters from different employers, I am missing the service contract for the oldest one, but I have got the recent reference letter from the employer , so missing older contract will be ok?

5. I want to provide two additional documents, so where I should mention, with a separate letter or at the place of missing documents or is there any column in the check list ( but don’t know which check list)?

6. Can I staple all the relevant documents together? Or I should I use a clip along with a small tag of relevant documents, ? or what is the good way of Making a good managed file for the Visa officer?

Regards
AAS.

Hello,

1- don't worry, print the same old files or make a photocopy, and sign them with the current date, be authentic, and write a simple explanation letter.

2- no need to attach the guide. Only attach the checklist and check the boxes that are applicable.

3- degrees must be original in a university sealed envelop. Notarized copies must work fir almost everything else. Reference letters must be original and recent

4- hopefully not. You need to write an explanation letter.

5- you have to link any additional document to what part it belongs, fir instance, if you are adding documents for employment history, then, these are attached along with the reference letters. I hope I understood you correctly.

6- use paper clip is better, also use paper or section separators to make your app more organized and neat.

Hope I clarify your doubts.

Cheers
