I have to submit my application to London, UK CIC office, for which I have filled up the following form,

Application for PR
Schedule 1: Background Declaration
Schedule 3: Economic Class
Additional Family Information

On the London CIC Office website I have also found the following two forms as well, please confirm if I need to fill these form as well, is it compulsory?

If you are applying for the FSW you will need to fill in this form. Normally this type of application is sent to Sidney，Nova scotia. so, check on this info properly on the cic web page.

I am applying under FSW, and its me and my wife only who are applying... please advice

are you applying for category 1 or category 2>

if for category 2 and you are applying to your visa office, YES you need to send all required forms.
