Urgent!
I was in canada and then back to india months ago due to medical reasons. Also because someone in my family had a baby.
Completed my graduation 2 weeks ago. Have 2 months left on my student visa and student permit. Now the PGWP process in India is taking more than 8 months and additional visa process times.
Scenario 1) I can apply for PGWP from india and then fly. Tho i wont be given implied status and i wont be able to work until approval.
Scenario 2) I fly directly on my visa and permit and IF they let me in, i apply for my PGWP from inside canada. That way i also get implied status.
I prefer the 2nd scenario but please guide me on if i can fly and what would be best possible way.
