*Urgent* - Part Time MBA & Work Experience same year

I got my ECA cleared as 'Masters' from my part time MBA in UK.

(It mentions full time or part time equivalent in my transcript).

Now I'm also claiming points for the same period as I was working with the company here in Malaysia.

Most of the sessions happened online and few visits to university for assignments etc...

2 questions -

1. Can I claim points for my work experience during the same period when I was doing my MBA (though part time) ?
2. Will CIC ask me for PCC from UK assuming I had stayed in UK during that period for MBA?

Thank you sir.

But I never stayed in UK to get any PCC as I was more of their online or part time student.

If I hardly stayed in UK not more than couple of weeks at a time, would it make sense to apply for PCC ?

if you have stayed for less that 180 days in the UK since you turned 18, you dont need a PCC. If you have stayed longer than that, you need a PCC.
