I am very sorry to hear about your sister's condition.

Unfortunately there is no expedited processing available and you should expect that processing will likely take a few months. Submit your application as soon as possible so that the processing can start immediately. Unfortunately there is no way to get a decision within days.

Can I get visa with family ??

Can I get visa with family ??

You can certainly apply together with your family. None of us can tell you if the visa will be approved or not. That will be up to the IRCC officer.

Sorry to hear about this situation.

As mentioned there is no formal procedure to expedite. You may want to add her health information and try to get a support letter from her MP and submit along with your file

You can apply with your family but in my opinion it will weaken the home ties a lot.

Do give it a shot. Good Luck

I'm not sure if a MP office can expedite visa approval but doesn't hurt to try. But in any case your first step has to file visa application at the earliest.

The MP cannot influence the processing time. The letter from the MP will unfortunately not get the application processed faster.

Thanks to everyone for best expertise ...
I applied visa on 20 July and now I am waiting for result so what should I do or just waiting for result because for Pakistan the time duration is 135 days ..

Assuming your sister’s in a critical condition, that is Stage 4, you can submit an IRCC Webform, with her doctor’s certification, to request for urgent processing of your application. That’s assuming you’re the lone applicant. If she’s Stage 1 or 2, your request may not be considered.
However, do note that if you had applied for your family to accompany you, the chances for visa approval are very low because of weak home ties, regardless of your sister’s condition.
