*URGENT* Need help selecting NOC for CEC Express Entry

I worked as an Operational Support Representative at a startup that delivers meals to offices throughout North America (think Uber Eats or DoorDash, but for office meals rather B2C meals). I am thinking of putting NOC 7305 (though it could also be 1215).

Please provide any advice! It would be great if I could hear from anyone who has had a similar role and what you did! Thank you in advance

Here are my duties & responsibilities:

• Oversee the assignment, scheduling and monitoring of orders to ensure on-time delivery across multiple markets throughout North America
• Resolve live order issues as well as any persisting delivery problems
• Supervise and manage a fleet of Foodee-employed drivers as well as 3rd party logistics partners
• Create and review analysis of delivery data to improve driver & partner performance
• Recommend and implement new processes to increase operational efficiencies
• Train and supervise a team of data-support clerks who carry out administrative tasks to set up Foodee restaurant partners for logistics success
• Consolidate feedback and devise solutions with stakeholders to optimize client experience
• Report bugs and other technical issues to the engineering department
• When required, support the team with customer-facing inquiries

I also worked as an Associate Product Owner (in Product Management) at the same company. I am thinking of putting NOC 4163 (though I realise it could also be 0213, 2171, or even 0124).

Please provide any advice! It would be great if I could hear from anyone who has had a similar role and what you did!

Here are my duties & responsibilities for this role:

• Own the development and improvement of Foodee’s product features, alongside the Director of Product Management
• Capture insights from research, feedback, and data trends, and analyse those insights to identify opportunities for improving business operations
• Collaborate between cross-functional teams to devise functional solutions and create projects based on those solutions
• Operate a prioritization process to determine which projects should be worked on when
• Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of approved projects, including setting project timelines and ensuring they are met
• Represent the stakeholders of each project throughout the development process
• Perform quality assurance controls on new product features
• Create and distribute company-wide training material and handle communications of updated features and new procedures
• Liaise with the engineering team to ensure maintenance of computer systems, reporting any issues that arise
