I worked as an Operational Support Representative at a startup that delivers meals to offices throughout North America (think Uber Eats or DoorDash, but for office meals rather B2C meals). I am thinking of putting NOC 7305 (though it could also be 1215).

Here are my duties & responsibilities:
- Oversee the assignment, scheduling and monitoring of orders to ensure on-time delivery across multiple markets throughout North America
 - Resolve live order issues as well as any persisting delivery problems
 - Supervise and manage a fleet of Foodee-employed drivers as well as 3rd party logistics partners
 - Create and review analysis of delivery data to improve driver & partner performance
 - Recommend and implement new processes to increase operational efficiencies
 - Train and supervise a team of data-support clerks who carry out administrative tasks to set up Foodee restaurant partners for logistics success
 - Consolidate feedback and devise solutions with stakeholders to optimize client experience
 - Report bugs and other technical issues to the engineering department
 - When required, support the team with customer-facing inquiries
