URGENT NEED HELP QUICK!! missed interview

i have jusgt received gcms notes back since july 30th and i just discovered that now my wife which is in vietnam had a letter of interview sent to her from high commission in singapore since january 23, but she has never received anything in the mail. they have sent it to her continuously for 3 tries then they sent me my documents (chat log, pictures documents, etc, etc) to my address which is in canada since june 6th but i had no interview letter for my wife. what can i do now, in the GCMS notes saying that its still in progress but she has missed her interview without even knowing about it in the first place for about 7 months ago. i'm feeling very uneasy. please help

i do not know why she cannot receive the mail from HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA in SINGAPORE. HER address is valid but she did not receive anything for 3 tries

Have you emailed the VO to see where they sent the letter? This would be the first thing I would be doing...making sure you mark it as urgent.

Also I would see if they will set up another interview at that time and get the confirmation by email.

Contact your MP and see if they can assist you at all. This is something that is kind of urgent and not just some random help
