URGENT NEED HELP, extension of work permit - forms need from Employer

Hi i have current WP that will expire on July I got nomination certificate from a province. Will that makes me a LMIA exempt? what are other documents I need from an employer to extend my WP? they paid already the 230 $ compliance fee.
